1 WAY GAS SENSOR ACQUISITION RS485 BOARD

This 4-20mA gas sensor acquisition rs485 Modbus board, ODM for client of Northern Europe.

Introduction

NT-1AIC is a kind of conversion board for collecting gas sensor which is customized by NiTwo TECH according to customer requirements ;

It can connect standard 4-20mA gas sensor and communicate with upper computer PLC through RS485 bus to transmit the collected data，check the sensor status and setup the calibration value ;

Features

NT -1AIC has an analog input with 10 bit resolution, this analog port can work with current sensor or voltage sensor optional by dial dip-switch;

One RS485 port can be conveniently configured as 9600bps  or 19200bps baud rate by dial dip-switch, and none, odd and even parity check can be selected;

It is also convenient to set the slave ID address of the by an 8-bit dial switch;

Three LED indicators to indicate the working status ;

It supports the 03, 06 instruction of Modbus RTU protocol ;

Instructions and protocols can be customized according to customer needs ;
